We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, positive sushi chef, kitchen chef and waiting staff. We need people with a passion for delivering a high standard of service and who can work in a very busy restaurant.
Tasks include preparation,e.g. filleting fish, cutting vegetables and salad
We expect candidates to have some knowledge in Japanese cuisine, have at least two years of experience in cooking hot food.
On shift meals (usually Japanese cuisine) are provided, 20 days of paid holiday. We are closed on mondays
