We love your shops and buy sushi from the Golders Green branch on a regular basis. It has always been delicious. However I thought I'd bring something to your attention, because it has been a little annoyance in what is otherwise a pleaseuable experience.
ALl your staff are very friendly and helpful but on quite a few occasions, my order gets messed up making me have to return to the shop to find out where the missing box of sushi is.
Last week's annoyance was being charged 2.80 for a box of Salmon with Cucumber hand roll when I should have been charged 2.30. I knew it was wrong when the girl at the till was ringing it through, but just kept quiet because I didn;t want to make a big fuss.
But it annoyed me, and still does. I would like to be able to come into your shop and know that I always getwhat I paid for, and also that I am paying the right price for what I'm getting.
If it has happened to me at least 4 times in your shop I'm sure it isn't just me, there must be others feeling the way I do.
Could you please try to ensure your otherwise brilliant sales staff are more careful in future with double checking when putting completed sushi orders into bags and also writing more legibly so that a 3 doesnt get mistaken for an 8 at the till?

We would like to inform all viewers of this site that we, Atariya Golders Green, will be closing the sushi kitchen for the WHOLE DAY on TUESDAY 9TH MARCH in order to carry out full Health & Safety check-ups and intensive cleaning.
We will be unable to offer sushi eat-in/take-away service for this day but the shop itself will be open as usual.
We would like to apologise for any inconvinience caused to our customers and thank everyone in advance for their understanding.

Dear Sir
We bought Sushi for four people from your Golders Green branch last Wednesday evening. Three of the four of us were very ill on Thursday evening and yesterday. We had the runs and vomiting.
We don't know if it was food poisoning or a virus. We suspect it was the former. I thought you ouht to know. You may have had similar reports from other customers.

あの、SHOJIです・・・^^知る人ぞ知るかな・・・
衝撃のあの日からもう3年以上過ぎた!今は東京は六本木の「点」(ともる)って店で料理長やってます。
